Welcome Lauren and Yoga to POC

Lauren has been practicing yoga for seven years and is certified by the Yoga
Education Institute of Weston Florida.  Styles she teaches include: Hatha,
Hatha Flow, Restorative, and Yin just to name a few.  We are excited to have
her join our staff and invite you to experience Yoga with Lauren at our

Group and Private sessions available

Beginner Yoga- Learn or deepen the yoga fundamentals of posture, breathing,
and relaxation while building strength, flexibility, and, stamina.  These
skills will be used in all other levels.

Hatha Yoga - This style emphasizes the physical aspect of yoga. It uses
asanas (postures) and breath work to teach strength and balance and improve
physical health while calming the mind through relaxation and meditation.

Hatha Flow - Here we take the asanas learned in Hatha and link them
seamlessly to one another.
